The vendor has identified the potential cause of the incident and are currently working on implementing a fix.

The issue with searching, viewing and printing images in HLRV is ongoing. The vendor are investigating with the highest priority and are escalating the case internally to speed up resolution.
We are tracking the progress of the case and will return with an update as the situation develops.

We're currently experiencing an incident which is impacting the ability to search, view and print images in HLRV. Our technical team is investigating and have escalated to the vendor for additional support.
